call and do not leave a message

a recording in a man's voice about being a small business owner needing help.....

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. caller ID showed= Senor Care They called yesterday (Tuesday) then twice today (Wednesday). I told them I was on the do not call list and to not call this number again.

This telephone number calls me every day. I dialed it back and the company won't give me its name. It says it's a telephone sex line and that its toll free telephone number was spoofed. A woman who claims to be a supervisor was belligerent and suggested I change my telephone number if I wanted the calls to stop. She told me to stop calling the company because it has to pay for every call it gets on the toll free line.

I to received a call from this number. It was a woman with a very heavy middle eastern accent. She said to have my attorney of record call her and if I ignored the message she wished me good luck as the situation unfolds.

These people called and threatened me and said I was going to jail for fraud. They say I owe them money and I don't! They keepo calling me all hours and scream when they leave a message, I'm scared to death, I have 3 kids and I don't know what to do!!
